THE STORY
Thirty years of looking after people.
Three decades in nursing teaches you two things. The first is technical, how to place a line properly, how to read someone's colour, when to slow a rate down and when something isn't right. The second is harder to write down. It's knowing that most people walking into a treatment room are a little nervous, and that the hour they spend there should feel like a break rather than a procedure.
Haven was built around both. The clinical side is non-negotiable and never gets rushed. The rest is deliberately unclinical, a recliner, a blanket, low light, and someone who will actually sit and talk with you about how you've been sleeping.
We're family owned and we work the hours real people need, which is why the Rockingham clinic is open every day of the week until 8pm. It's not a franchise and there's no roster of rotating staff. You'll see the same nurse each time.

Sterile Technique
Our single-use consumables, aseptic preparation and correct sharps disposal, every session without exception.
Medical Oversight
Where medical assessment or authorisation is required, an appropriate clinical pathway will be followed prior to treatment. Additional consultation or medical fees may apply where applicable.
A Real Prescription

Something with a loose sleeve. Beyond that, whatever you are comfortable sitting in for an hour.

8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays, flagged when you book.

Not much. A book or headphones if you like. Eat something light beforehand and drink water on the way.

Thirty to sixty minutes for the drip. Allow around 90 minutes for a first visit, which includes screening and your prescription.

Yes. One arm stays completely free, so plenty of people answer emails. Most end up putting the phone down.
