HOME / SERVICES / BLOOD TESTING
Blood Testing.
At Haven we believe in the power of knowledge to drive better health outcomes. Our blood testing services offer a deeper understanding of your body's needs, paving the way for personalised support.
WHY TEST
Information beats assumption.
Rather than assuming what your body needs, a panel gives your practitioner something concrete to work from. It also gives you a baseline, which is the only honest way to tell later whether anything has changed.
Some panels are used before treatment to check suitability. Others are used during an ongoing program, at the intervals your doctor sets, so treatment stays supervised rather than assumed.
The panels
Six panels,
chosen around you.
There is no single test that covers everything, and paying for markers that are not relevant to you is a waste. Your nurse and doctor pick the panel around what you are actually trying to find out.

NOTE: Panels marked Book here can be booked online directly. The rest are arranged through us, so get in touch and we will sort the request for you.
Panel contents are confirmed with you, some require fasting or collection at a particular time of day, and we will tell you beforehand.
HOW IT WORKS
Arranged for you, explained to you.
A test is not a diagnosis.
A blood panel is information. Reviewing markers with your practitioner supports general health awareness and informs conversations about your next steps. If something needs following up with your GP or a specialist, we will tell you.
-
A conversation with your Haven nurse about what you are trying to find out. Which panel suits depends entirely on that.
-
We organise the pathology request and let you know exactly where to go. You can also request your pathology directly through our website.
-
You attend a collection centre at a time that suits you. If fasting or a particular collection time is needed, we will say so upfront.
-
Results are reviewed by a doctor. You are not left reading a page of numbers and guessing what they mean.
-
You get an explanation, along with what is suggested next, if anything.
